                                          鑄鋁(銅)加熱器


                                          概述

                                          鑄鋁加熱器經精加工后它能和被加熱體緊密貼合。其使用溫度一般在攝氏150~450度之間,可廣泛應用于塑料機械、模頭、電纜機械、化工、橡膠、石油等設備上。是以管狀電熱元件為發熱體,并彎曲成型,用優質鑄材料為外殼,外殼以離心式澆鑄成各種形狀的電加熱器,有圓型、平板、直角型、風冷、水冷及其它異型等。


                                          技術特性

                                          1.鑄鋁加熱器表面負荷可達到2.5-4.5w/cm2,最高工作溫度300-450℃之間;

                                          2.鑄鋁加熱器是一種高效熱分部均勻的加熱器,熱導性極佳的金屬合金,確保熱面溫度均勻,消除了設備的熱點及冷點。具有長壽命、保溫性能好、機械性能強、耐腐蝕、抗磁場等優點。將外散熱面增加保溫裝置,內散熱面燒結紅外線這樣可節約用電35%。


                                          應用范圍

                                          主要用于塑料工業注塑機、擠出機和吹塑機的加熱,同時也可用于反應釜、熔體管道等化工領域的加熱。


                                          產品結構

                                          采用電加熱管,澆鑄在鋁或銅等金屬材料中,加熱絲與空氣隔絕,加熱體堅固耐用,加熱均勻,熱交換迅速,可在加熱體內設置冷卻水道或風道。特殊環境中采用防爆接線盒,如需保溫,則配置保溫層。

                                          Application

                                          使用說明

                                          1.應放在干燥處、若因長期放置,絕緣電阻低于1MΩ時,可在攝氏200度左右的烘箱中烘烤5-6小時,即可恢復正常。

                                          2.工作電壓不得超過額定值的10%;

                                          3.接線部分放在加熱層、保溫層以外,外殼應有效接地;


                                          鑄銅加熱器使用注意事項

                                          1.鑄銅加熱器應做好定位固定,有效發熱區必須與受熱體緊密貼合,嚴禁空燒。發現表面有灰塵或污染物時,應及時清除干凈再用,以免影晌散熱而縮短使用壽命。

                                          2.電熱管出線端的氧化鎂粉,在使用場所避免受到污染物與水分滲入,防止漏電事故的發生。

                                          3.工作電壓不得超過額定值的10%;空氣相對濕度不大于95%,無爆炸性和腐蝕性氣體。

                                          4.接線部分放在加熱層、保溫層以外,外殼應有效接地;避免與腐蝕性、爆炸性介質、水份接觸;引接線應能長期承受接線部分的溫度及加熱負載,接線螺絲緊固時應避免用力過猛。

                                          5.鑄銅電加熱圈應放在干燥處、若因長期放置,絕緣電阻低于1MΩ時,可在攝氏200度左右的烘箱中烘烤5-6小時,即可恢復正常;蚪档碗妷和娂訜,直至恢復絕緣電阻。


                                          加熱器的選型

                                          目前市場上提供多種加熱器配置。用于塑料機械料筒加熱的有三類常見加熱器:云母、陶瓷關節及金屬鑄造加熱器。


                                          一、云母加熱器

                                          二、陶瓷加熱器

                                          陶瓷具有耐高溫絕緣性,因此陶瓷加熱器可處理760℃的溫度。陶瓷加熱器的柔軟可形成各種加熱器直徑。遺憾的是,陶瓷的優點也是其弱點,由于它能存儲元件金屬絲產生的熱量,因此人們很難控制陶瓷加熱器的溫度。這會導致不必要的廢料,在塑料生產工藝的較早階段,這一點尤其突出。另外,陶瓷加熱器在拆裝過程中容易損壞,特別是升溫以后,加熱器會變得比較松散,給安裝帶來不便。陶瓷加熱器不能受到污染這一特性也限止了這類加熱器的應用范圍。

                                          三、 金屬鑄造加熱器:

                                          金屬鑄造加熱器是將一定形狀的加熱管澆鑄在銅、鋁或鐵等材料中,這類加熱器體積較大,制作成本高,生產過程中能耗高,對環境有污染,以及使用時熱效率較低,國外已較少采用此類加熱器(除非特定要求)。

                                          四、新型氧化鎂絕緣加熱圈

                                          氧化鎂絕緣加熱圈是一種高性能的加熱器,采用導熱性能比傳統的云母和陶瓷更高的高純氧化鎂作為絕緣材料,一層薄薄的致密的氧化鎂填充在電熱絲與金屬外套之間,電熱絲的熱量迅速傳遞給被加熱物體,降低了電熱絲的溫度,大大的提高了加熱器的使用壽命。氧化鎂的耐高溫性和壓縮層具有卓越的導熱性能和絕緣強度,氧化鎂絕緣加熱圈的功率密度達到15W/cm2,使用溫度可達760℃,利用該性能可制造高效加熱器以適應現代的塑料制造工藝。


                                          考慮加熱器類型時,必須了解每種類型加熱器的性能和局限。零件的幾何形狀、溫度和加熱時間要求確定機器所需加熱器的類型。
